They charged for EVERYTHING once you move out, things that legally you can't charge for. It was a 4 month dispute, and I only got some of money back, because I stated the tenant laws and small claims court. If you move here, please be aware of your laws as a tenant and document EVERYTHING, pictures and an email trail. They treated my dispute with no urgency, and I finally received a small portion of my security deposit back the first week of January 2024...even though I moved out in July 2023. It was upsetting to be treated that way after dealing with mold, roaches, and the towing of my car with this apartment; even though I address all those problems with grace and patience, it was not reciprocated. Please, please.. be aware.
