Iâve been living at The Edge @ 401 for almost three years now, and itâs been a great experience! The complex has a nice pool and adequate amenities that make it comfortable. The apartments are well-sized, and even though the building is a little older, itâs very well-built. The concrete walls mean I never hear my neighbors, which is a huge plus.
Maintenance is always timely and efficient. Over the years, Iâve had my tile replaced and a new AC unit installed, among other repairs. Robert Mosley, the maintenance man, is always kind and attentive, making sure everything is taken care of.
The office staff, Melissa and Traci, are also great to work with. Theyâre friendly and always willing to help.
The location is another big advantage. Itâs walkable to FSUâs campus, the downtown area, and lots of food spots, which makes it super convenient.
Overall, The Edge @ 401 has been a great place to live, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a well-maintained and convenient apartment near FSU.
